DAY 1 – WELCOME TO BAKU

• Arrival at the airport
• Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Check-in. Free time.
• Gather in the hotel lobby at sunset for an evening city tour by car.
• Continue the tour with a ride on the funicular.
• Visit Highland Park – Shehidler Khiyabani, National Assembly, Flame Towers (also known as the tallest skyscraper in Baku).
• Return to the hotel.

DAY 2 – BAKU CITY TOUR

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• The tour begins with a visit to Icheri Sheher, the historical center of Baku, surrounded by walls and well-preserved. In 2007, Icheri Sheher had a population of about 3,000 people. In December 2000, Icheri Sheher, including the Shirvanshahs’ Palace and the Maiden Tower, was the first UNESCO World Heritage site in Azerbaijan.
• The Miniature Book Museum, the largest miniature book museum in the world, housing 3,750 miniature books from 73 countries, including books as small as 0.75mm, which can only be read with a microscope.
• Stroll along Nizami Street, famous for its shops. The street has historical significance and stretches from the western to the eastern part of the city. Its total length is 3,538 meters.
• The Fountain Square – a public square in the center of Baku, known for its many fountains, popular among people after work and on weekends.
• Walk along Baku Boulevard, which starts from Freedom Square and stretches along the Caspian Sea coast.
• The National Carpet Museum of Azerbaijan, showcasing a collection of Azerbaijani carpets and rug art, which holds the largest collection of carpets in the world.
• The Venetian-style Picture Gallery located on Baku Boulevard, created in 1960 and expanded in 2012 to 10,000 square meters. You can see decorative stone bridges and canals with swans.
• A ride on the Ferris wheel to enjoy views of the city and the Caspian Sea.
• Return to the hotel.

DAY 3 – EXCURSION TO SHAMAKHA

• Breakfast at the hotel. Departure.
• Drive to Shamakha.
• The Diri Baba Mausoleum – a monument located in the Gobustan region on a cliff.
• The Juma Mosque in Shamakha, the oldest and largest mosque in Azerbaijan, built in 744 AD.
• The Shirvanshahs’ Tombs in Gülüstani, better known as “Seven Domes”.
• Transfer to Qəbələ Riverside 5* hotel. Overnight in Gabala.

DAY 4 – EXCURSION TO GABALA

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Excursion in Gabala.
• Visit the Tufandag tourist complex, where you can ride the cable car and go skiing.
• The Shela Waterfall, a high-mountain waterfall, which can be visited depending on the weather conditions.
• The Nohur Lake in Gabala – a beautiful lake located among the mountains.
• Return to the Qəbələ Riverside Hotel 5*. Overnight in Gabala.

DAY 5 – EXCURSION TO SHEKI

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Drive to Sheki.
• Visit the Sheki Khan’s Palace, built in 1761-1762.
• Visit the caravanserais, built during the Middle Ages.
• The Kish Church in Sheki, located in the village of Kish, about 5 km from the city.
• Excursion to the Sheki Biosphere Garden.
• Return to the Qəbələ Riverside Hotel 5*. Overnight in Gabala.

DAY 6 – EXCURSION TO GOBUSTAN

• Breakfast at the hotel. Departure.
• Return to Baku.
• Visit Gobustan, known for its ancient petroglyphs.
• Visit the mud volcanoes.
• Visit the Bibi-Heybat Mosque in Baku.
• Transfer to the hotel. Check-in. Overnight in Baku.

DAY 7 – FLAME TOWERS AND SHOPPING

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Visit the Fire Temple (Ateshgah).
• Visit “Fire Mountain” (Yanardja).
• Excursion to the Heydar Aliyev Center, a remarkable example of modern architecture.
• Shopping tour in the Den Mall shopping center.
• Return to the hotel. Overnight in Baku.

DAY 8 – DEPARTURE

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Transfer to the airport for departure.

INCLUDED:

• Accommodation with breakfast: 4 nights in Baku + 3 nights in Qəbələ Riverside Hotel 5*.
• Visits to attractions in Baku, Absheron, Gobustan, Shamakha, Gabala, Sheki regions.
• Meals according to the tour program: BB (breakfast only).

• Entrance tickets: funicular, Fire Temple, Yanardja, Gobustan Museum, mud volcanoes (transfer), Diri Baba Mausoleum, Tufandag cable car (2 lines), Sheki Khan’s Palace, Kish Church, Sheki Biosphere Garden.
• Two bottles of water (0.5 L) per person per day.
• All transfers, including airport transfers: sedan (1-2 people), Mercedes Vito (3-6 people), Mercedes Sprinter (7-12 people).

• Porter services.
• Meals.
• Alcoholic drinks.
• Additional services and fines in hotels.
• Additional persons joining the group must pay for their expenses.

NOTE:

• Hotel check-in time: 14:00, check-out time: 12:00.
• Guide working hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
• Meal time at the restaurant: 1.5 hours for lunch or dinner.
• It is prohibited to drink alcoholic beverages on the streets or in restaurants. The price for takeaway bottles: 20-30 USD.
• Food should be consumed in the restaurant, we are not responsible for takeaway food. To cancel or modify an order, the restaurant should be notified 24 hours before arrival.
• Cars will operate according to the scheduled itinerary. All groups must leave the hotel at the specified time for the morning tour and evening dinner.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• The cancellation policy depends on the selected hotel. Grand Service offers free cancellation.
• Cancellations during the tour (not due to our fault) are non-refundable.
